A Milestone Evening for Hotel Esencia

On Oct. 8, the entrepreneur Kevin Wendle hosted an intimate dinner to celebrate his Hotel Esencia being awarded three Michelin Keys and being named one of the World’s 50 Best Hotels for the second consecutive year. Close friends and industry leaders gathered at Beefbar New York for the occasion, where they enjoyed signature wagyu bolognese and bone-in ribeye—a glimpse of the flavors found at the Mexican hotel’s own Beefbar. The evening concluded with guests singing “Happy Birthday” to Wendle, who blew out the candles on his favorite New York City cheesecake.
