What Stood Out at Design Miami Paris

Creative energy is flowing throughout Paris, which recently played host to a week-long whirlwind of art and design fairs centered on Art Basel at the newly restored Grand Palais. One unmissable highlight was Design Miami, which returned to the grand L’hôtel de Maisons—the 18th-century Saint-German-des-Prés mansion that was once home to Karl Lagerfeld—following its stellar inaugural outing last year. The landmark hôtel particulier remains an ideal location for a fair renowned for bringing together the world’s most distinguished galleries and designer presentations. This year was no different, with standout showings from the likes of Salon 94 Design, Galerie Gastou, and Galerie Downtown-Laffanour. Swipe to see highlights from the show.
