One unmissable highlight was Design Miami, which returned to the grand L’hôtel de Maisons—the 18th-century Saint-German-des-Prés mansion that was once home to Karl Lagerfeld—following its stellar inaugural outing last year. The landmark hôtel particulier remains an ideal location for a fair renowned for bringing together the world’s most distinguished galleries and designer presentations.
