At Miami Art Week, Luminaire Rung in 50 Years of Excellence in Italian Design

Among the many exciting happenings that marked Miami Art Week, Italian furniture showroom, retailer, and research center Luminaire marked its 50th anniversary with two exhibitions and celebratory gatherings. On Dec. 4, its Coral Gables flagship store hosted the opening of “A Scent of Glass,” a crystal installation that showcased the artisanry of SantambrogioMilano, whose work was also on view nearby at Design Miami. Then, on Dec. 5, design insiders and friends of the brand gathered at its Design District Lab for the opening of “Array of Emotions,” which showcased key pieces from MDF Italia/Acerbis with an installation that remains ongoing for a limited time.
