Three of the most coveted models from Hedley Studios—the sole automotive organization to hand-build officially authorized, precision scale, drivable versions of the world’s most elite luxury vehicles—now call Aspen’s Gondola Plaza home through March 23. The pop-up residency features Hedley Studios’ Bugatti Baby II, a 75% scale version of the Bugatti Type 35 developed from a 3D scan of a 1924 French Grand Prix car; an Aston Martin DB5 J, a 66% scale recreation of the 1963 James Bond cabriolet; and a Ferrari Testa Rossa J, a 75% scaled iteration of the 1957 pontoon-fended Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa.

In Aspen, product specialists accompany these kinetic art pieces to shed light on their automotive origins and offer additional insight on the artisan-led production methods behind each limited-edition creation. For anyone not yet familiar with Hedley Studios, the Oxfordshire, England-based firm debuted in 2019. Founded by Ben Hedley, their global marque partnerships include Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, and Ferrari; and each engagement is collaborative in nature. Further, each fully electric release features multiple driving modes—striking a balance between art and action. More pop-up exhibits are set for 2025, as well, including locations in Cannes, Sardinia, Miami, Boston, and the Hamptons.
