The Altos Reposado provides a great platform, with base notes that easily extend through the rest of the ingredients; the Jasmine tea pulls from the soft, supple banquets and armchairs that line the bar. Ginger syrup and cinnamon add spice, similar to the way Dandelyan’s lighting, metallic tables, and railings accent the overall look. The fig adds a lusciously sweet finish and a warm color to the drink.
