In 2026, G3 Architecture will bring 28 Armani Casa Residences to South Florida.

The Armani Group plans to develop 28 luxury residences across two oceanfront towers in Pompano Beach, Florida. The luxury condo development will be Armani’s third residential project in the U.S., and will be designed by G3 Architecture with landscaping by West 8.

UCLA finds that a rezoning plan to remedy L.A.’s housing shortage is falling short.

L.A.’s plan to overcome zoning hurdles and build 250,000 new homes meets state mandates but falls short of sufficiently addressing the city’s housing shortage. Researchers at UCLA found that high development costs and limited incentives would restrict housing capacity growth to 30 percent, which is far below what’s needed.

Holly Herndon and Mat Dryhurst’s sonic AI show at Serpentine confounds and awes.

“The Call,” Holly Herndon and Mat Dryhurst’s exhibition at London’s Serpentine gallery, explores ethical creativity with AI through an unexpected fusion of choral traditions and liturgical art. Its AI-driven choral compositions are among the show’s most critically acclaimed aspects, while its interactive installations, and their focus on data governance seem more challenging for visitors to connect with.
