A$AP Rocky’s new Ray-Ban collection ushers in his creative director title.

A$AP Rocky has been named Ray-Ban’s first creative director, bringing his influence in music and fashion to the eyewear brand. His appointment coincides with his launch of the Blacked Out collection, which updates Ray-Ban’s Mega Icons line with ultra-black lenses and gold-plated details. With the role, he will also help to shape campaigns and redesign stores.

The British Fashion Council has launched a three-day pop-up shop on Regent Street for London Fashion Week, featuring 22 emerging designers from its NewGen program. Curated by several of London’s fashion industry experts, the store offers archival and current-season pieces, along with jewelry, footwear, and interactive experiences like workshops and panel discussions. Opened by Mayor Sadiq Khan, the initiative highlights British fashion’s economic and cultural impact while engaging shoppers in one of London’s premier retail districts.

MoMA and Hong Kong’s M+ Museum have entered into a landmark partnership.

MoMA and Hong Kong’s M+ Museum have formalized a partnership to collaborate on exhibitions, research, and donor development. The agreement, MoMA’s first of its kind with an Asian institution, strengthens M+ by providing access to MoMA’s curatorial and operational expertise. For MoMA, the alliance expands its global reach and deepens engagement with audiences in Hong Kong.

After settling its ownership, Christie’s will auction a Nazi-looted Egon Schiele watercolor in March.

Christie’s will auction Egon Schiele’s 1914 watercolor Boy in a Sailor Suit in March after brokering a settlement between the consignor and the heirs of Fritz Grünbaum, a Viennese cabaret performer killed in a Nazi concentration camp. Grünbaum’s heirs have spent years reclaiming his extensive Schiele collection, which they argue was confiscated by the Nazis. The consignor, who bought the piece in 1992, requested Christie’s help in resolving the ownership dispute and plans to donate her proceeds to a kindergarten in Munich.

Frank Lloyd Wright’s former residence at The Plaza Hotel, where he lived while designing the Guggenheim Museum, is on the market for $18.9 million. The four-bedroom corner suite, which was renovated in 2009, retains its expansive 4,000-square-foot layout with soaring ceilings and Central Park views. Once filled with Wright’s black-lacquer furniture and visited by icons like Marilyn Monroe and Georgia O’Keeffe, the apartment now features Venetian plaster walls, a grand dining room, and an expansive primary suite.
