BIG has revealed ribbon-inspired design plans for the Hungarian Natural History Museum.

Bjarke Ingels Group has won the commission for Hungarian Natural History Museum in Debrecen, with a design that features overlapping green roofs that merge with the surrounding forest. The partially sunken structure, built with a mass timber frame and charred timber facade, includes exhibition halls, a library, a restaurant, and research labs, all centered around a spacious reception hall. Sustainable elements like geothermal energy, solar panels, and native plantings reinforce the museum’s commitment to ecological restoration.

YouTube is demonetizing channels that post A.I.-generated fake film trailers.

YouTube has demonetized KH Studio and Screen Culture, two accounts known for producing A.I.-generated fake movie trailers that mislead viewers and rack up millions of views. These videos, which splice together old footage with A.I. elements, often outshine official trailers in search rankings and have drawn criticism from studios like Warner Bros. Discovery. While labeled as “concept trailers,” their deceptive metadata violated YouTube’s monetization policies, prompting the crackdown.

According to the American Society of Civil Engineers, American infrastructure is improving.

The American Society of Civil Engineers’ latest report shows slight progress in U.S. infrastructure, raising its overall grade from a C- in 2024 to a C in 2025. Federal funding has improved nearly half of the 18 assessed categories, but ongoing investment is needed for long-term stability. Rail earned the highest grade at B-, benefiting from modernization efforts, while aviation and schools struggled with D+ ratings due to staffing shortages and outdated facilities. Public parks, despite federal funding, remain under strain from deferred maintenance and record visitation, earning a C-. Transit scored a D, hindered by funding gaps and shifting commuting patterns. The report underscores that while improvements are underway, systemic challenges still threaten critical infrastructure nationwide.
