Cartier Rings in the Trinity Ring’s Centenary at Miami Art Week

On Dec. 3, Cartier opened the doors to their Trinity 100 Immersive Experience with a celebration that saw Janelle Monáe deliver a riveting DJ set and innumerable crystalline bottles of the maison’s signature brut and rosé champagnes popped and poured. The immersive experience, a last stop of a year-long world tour honoring 100 years of their Trinity Ring, allowed guests to step through time—from the inception of the interwoven jewelry piece to the way it was embraced by Jean Cocteau and later entered the cultural vernacular. Guests toured through archival pieces before ascending to the festivities, where actors Nicholas Alexander Chavez and Jonathan Daviss mingled with artists, models, athletes, design aficionados, and friends of the brand.
