Fendi Casa expands to the greater Miami area with a 22-unit development in Aventura.
Avenia, a collaboration between Fendi Casa and Vertical Developments, introduces 22 waterfront residences to the Miami suburb of Aventura. Middlebury College has commissioned Allied Works to design a $50 million art museum that will serve as a centerpiece for its northern campus.
