Fashion Week Kick-Off Cocktails with the Black in Fashion Council

On Sept. 5, Black in Fashion Council leaders Sandrine Charles and Lindsay Peoples hosted stylists, editors, designers, and industry professionals for cocktails and a seated dinner to celebrate the Spring/Summer 2025 New York Fashion Week season. Charles and Peoples founded the council to advocate for systemic change within the industry, and last week’s gathering saw the organization’s members and friends come together to celebrate its biggest week of the fall.
