Bonhams will relocate its New York headquarters to the historic Steinway Hall on 57th Street, better known by some as Billionaires’ Row, by the end of 2025. The new space will afford the auction house expanded galleries and sales rooms compared to its current location on Madison Avenue.
Michelin adds 12 more restaurants to this year’s list of contenders for stars.
Michelin has added 12 new restaurants to its 2024 Guide, including Fort Greene’s Sailor, Massara, from Rezdôra’s team, and the fine dining establishment Ilis in Greenpoint. Tribeca’s Eulalie, seafood bar Penny, and chef Victoria Blamey’s relaunch of Blanca are also on the list.

Toshiko Mori Architects’s next phase of the Brooklyn Public Library’s central branch renovation will include expanded spaces for children, teens, and adults. While phase one primarily focused on updating administrative spaces, the firm will now update the library’s learning centers with computer labs, classrooms, and dedicated areas for experiencing technology, music, and podcasts. Future plans include an outdoor reading garden connected to the neighboring Mount Prospect Park.
