Matthieu Blazy departs Bottega Veneta to take the top creative job at Chanel.

Matthieu Blazy has been named Chanel’s new artistic director, bringing his innovative craftsmanship and design expertise from Bottega Veneta, where he revitalized the brand with experimental techniques and a focus on artisanship. Blazy’s appointment follows a turbulent year of leadership shifts across major fashion houses and signals Chanel’s ambition to modernize while respecting its  heritage. 

JW Anderson drops a Queer capsule collection for Luca Guadagnino’s new film.

JW Anderson has launched a capsule collection inspired by Luca Guadagnino’s new film Queer, for which Jonathan Anderson designed the costumes. Highlights include sweatshirts in bold colors with the film’s title and credits, hoodies with bead-embellished drawstrings, and items showcasing iconic imagery of Daniel Craig and Drew Starkey. The collection, celebrating Anderson’s contribution to the film’s costume design, is available in JW Anderson stores and online, coinciding with the movie’s release.
