Prada Hosts a Literary Salon with Ottessa Moshfegh and Carey Mulligan

Prada made an appearance at New York Fashion Week, transforming their Soho boutique into a literary salon for the unveiling of “Ten Protagonists,” a limited-edition publication written by Ottessa Moshfegh. The intimate affair celebrated Moshfegh’s sharp prose, which interweaves with the maison’s Spring/Summer 2025 campaign visuals starring Carey Mulligan. Moshfegh and her book took center stage as guests perused the collaboration between her words and Prada’s imagery. More than a book launch, the evening was a convergence of film, fashion, and literature’s most compelling voices; Mulligan was joined by the likes of artist Cindy Sherman and actors Sadie Sink and Maya Hawke. Music set the atmosphere as k.tea and Channel Tres curated DJ sets that blended Prada’s intellectual edge with a distinctly youthful beat. Notables in attendance included Lola Kirke, Charlotte Lawrence, Chloe East, Christopher Briney, Diana Silvers, Hailey Gates, Jessie Andrews, Jordan Daniels, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Sunisa Lee, and Zazie Beetz.
