Sant Ambroeus becomes the latest high-profile restaurant to head to Miami.

Sceney Italian restaurant Sant Ambroeus announced it will open its first Miami location in late 2025, occupying more than 7,000 square feet in the Fifth Miami Beach. The Miami location, designed by Giampiero Tagliaferri, will feature 14-foot ceilings, wraparound terraces, and ocean view rooftop.

Meta investors might want to brace for AI-related spending of $50 billion in 2025.

Meta’s AI spending could drive its overall costs to $50 billion in 2025, as estimated by JPMorgan analyst Doug Anmuth. Despite cutting back the metaverse, the Facebook parent company is heavily investing in AI, aiming to boost its new automated features and digital advertising ahead of the U.S. presidential election in November. Such high AI spending might impact its stock performance, mirroring recent trends seen with Google and Tesla.

David Horvitz denounces a mysterious company’s unsanctioned reproduction of his art.

Artist David Horvitz recently discovered a billboard in Los Angeles that’s using text he wrote in 2009 to promote a mysterious company named 222. In his response to the unsanctioned use of his work, Horvitz, who is known for exploring ownership and intellectual property, noted the difference between artistic appropriation and commercial use. He posted an open letter to 222 on Instagram, in which he announced a one million dollar licensing fee for the text in question.

After a nearly 20-year hiatus, DC Comics will revive Milton Glaser’s “DC Bullet” logo.

DC Comics is bringing back Milton Glaser’s logo from 1976 for its upcoming superhero movies under DC Studios. Known for creating the I Love New York campaign, Glaser’s DC logo will reappear to mark a new chapter for the superhero franchise. The move aims to honor the brand’s legacy while introducing its classic visual identity to a new generation.

Sotheby’s opens Maison, a mammoth exhibition space and concept shop in Hong Kong.

Sotheby’s Asia has opened its new 24,000-square-foot space in Hong Kong’s Landmark Chater building. Designed by MVRDV, the space features state-of-the-art gallery areas and a concept store. Its inaugural exhibitions showcase monumental Buddhist art and works on loan from the Long Museum, including Gerhard Richter’s Eisberg
