Enter UTA Artist Space and Carpenters Workshop Gallery’s Surreal Universe

On Friday, Oct. 11, UTA Artist Space invited more than 800 notables from the Los Angeles art and design community to celebrate the opening of Dark Fantasy, a group exhibition curated by Carpenters Workshop Gallery. Featuring more than 50 surreal, dream-like collectible objects by the likes of Studio Drift, Maarten Baas, Ingrid Donat, and Mathieu Lehanneur, Dark Fantasy signals the global design gallery’s inaugural exhibition in Los Angeles, as well as Arthur Lewis’s first major showcase since being appointed as the venue’s creative director this past June.
