Coinciding with the 2018 New Museum Triennial “Songs for Sabotage,” this pair of solo shows features new projects by performance artist Pirici (“Co-natural”), who questions presence and absence with live and holographic actors, and Mellors (“Progressive Rocks”), whose latest animatronic sculptures and films deliver razor-sharp critiques of contemporary power structures.
