A dozen artists from three continents tackle issues of climate change, globalized Indigeneity, and contact zones in the Arctic and Amazon during times of crisis. Curated by Governor General’s Award–winning Indigenous curator and educator Dr. Gerald McMaster, the show seeks to shed light on the geopolitical and environmental sustainability issues currently affecting the practices of Olinde Reshijabe Silvano, Outi Pieski, Couzyn van Heuvelen, and more in these two vastly different yet interconnected regions.
