More than 40 works that embody Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec’s playful design language across furniture, lighting, textiles, glass, and ceramics star in a visual parade that nods to their lively creative sensibilities. Among the highlights are a special large-scale installation of the “Cloud” system by Kvadrat and original models for recent public projects such as their 42-foot-tall bronze-and-crystal fountains at the Rond-Point des Champs-Elysées in Paris. Collab, the museum’s affiliate group for modern and contemporary design, will further honor the duo with the Collab Design Excellence Award with a celebration in the spring.
