Earlier this year, Dana Schutz’s controversial painting of Emmett Till in the Whitney Biennial became a touchstone for cultural criticism. Now, a new show at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston that presents 16 paintings and five charcoal drawings by Schutz will likely receive heightened attention.
