Organized in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, this exhibition features the work of designers, artists, doctors, engineers, and neighbors who all asked a simple question: “How can I help?” In response to the crisis, they created medical devices, PPE, mutual aid, infographics, posters, and architecture, including open-source collaboration, rapid-response prototyping, hacking, and activism. It demonstrates that in times of crisis, communities and individuals can come together to aid each other, push for change, and trigger the discovery of new ways to treat and prevent disease while exposing systemic gaps and failures.
