The biennial’s inaugural edition trains its vision on change with the theme, “Everything Was Forever Until It Was No More.” Exploring how this slippery concept can be anticipated and experienced in an accelerated culture are exhibitions, talks, performances, and installations featuring regional and international artists, staged in six historically and culturally significant venues throughout the city.
