While Rodney Barnette was leading a chapter of the Black Panther Party in the ’60s, the FBI was watching. Now, Barnette’s daughter, Sadie Barnette, reclaims the FBI’s 500-page surveillance file in a provocative exhibition, “Do Not Destroy.” With site-specific installation, drawing, and photographs, Sadie presents a powerful narrative of  personal and political history.
