“Even our newest work is always old,” says Stickbulb co-founder and creative director Russell Greenberg. The New York–based lighting brand has a knack for modularity and reuse—its sprawling, branch-like Bough installation incorporates reclaimed wood from the water tower atop 32 Court Street, the site of Brooklyn’s first skyscraper. Now, Stickbulb is putting those two core principles on display inside a temporary SoHo space in which reclaimed wooden beams form a landscape of makeshift benches, soft shadow, and warm light.
