The New Museum’s annual gala will honor British artist Chris Ofili, who had a major survey at the museum in 2014. Taking place at Cipriani Wall Street, the celebration, which coincides with the institution’s 40th anniversary, will also recognize the staff curator Allan Schwartzman and president Saul Dennison.
