A circa 1920s waterfront grain silo has been transformed by British architect Thomas Heatherwick into a 28-room hotel, aptly named The Silo. The structure will also house the new Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa. Opening this fall, the institution will position itself as a premier destination for contemporary art in the region.
